How do we book a photo session?

You can give us a call so we can go over available dates and times and chat about what you would like for your photo shoot. You can also email to get the process started.

Where do portrait sessions take place?

We have fantastic options available for locations based on your personal style. When you book your session we can chat about you and your style and I can give you great ideas for locations that would be a perfect fit for you. Some clients have locations in mind that are sentimental to them, or places they love to go. That is also a great option. The important thing about the location is that it is a great fit for you. SBP is based out of the Kooskia, Idaho. We photograph all around the Clearwater valley.

When should I book my session?

Please book your session early. We tend to book up very quickly during the spring, summer, and fall months. It is a good idea to book 2-4 months in advance to allow for space availability. We photograph all year long, though many seniors like to get their session booked during the months that school is out for the summer. It gets super busy during the school year for High School Seniors especially those involved in sports and extracurricular activities.

When is payment due?

A $50 deposit is due at the time your session is booked to hold your appointment date. This deposit goes toward your session fee, and the balance for your session is due on the day of your session before photography begins. Payment for print orders is due at time of your order is placed. We do also offer a payment plan option.

What happens if it rains on the day of my outdoor session?

In the unfortunate event of rain during a scheduled outdoor session we will reschedule for another day.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Session fee deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a future session if a 24 hour notice is given. If you or your child is feeling ill, please call to reschedule, regardless of the time frame. We are happy to reschedule your session due to illness.
